apgDat is just a perfect tool to access key aviation data. The accuracy of data, the reliability of the tool and the flexibility of data query ability are unrivaled. For these reasons apgDat has become a core tools for us in Strategy and Network Planning.

Aer Lingus has subscribed to apgDat since January 2007. We have found it to be an invaluable tool for our airline planning needs, especially in the areas of data accuracy, ease of use, response times, flexibility of data queries, continual improvement of the user interface and report download formats, and the support of knowledgeable personnel. The data is updated regularly, keeping up with the fast paced airline environment, and also includes many years of historical data which is essential to our planning requirements. apgDat is priced very competitively for the benefits it provides to the airline planning team.

I find apgDat convenient since it's web based and available on any computer, especially for the travel community who is often on the road and away from the office.
The data is easy to understand and very dynamic, making it a key data source at Spirit for industry data.
Compared to the traditional methods of data mining, apgDat makes getting information quick and easy. Users with little to no experience with data can quickly retrieve the information they need with apgDat's user friendly interface.
The staff is always available to answer any questions the users may have whether it be a clarification on terminology or help finding particular data to support their needs. As industry veterans, the staff understands the needs of the clients and is continually developing new products within apgDat.

The data available through apgDat includes full detail on some of the basic analysis we perform, including global schedules by airport, marketing airline, and operating airline; global traffic and revenue; and the recent addition of on-time performance for U.S. carriers. The reports are generated quickly, either in standard formats or customized through the Dynamic Table capability. By using apgDat services, we have saved time in performing analyses and creating presentations, and increased our productivity.

I really like having all the right air service tools at my finger tips 24/7. I count on the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of apgDat. It is this type of indispensable data access that keeps Akron-Canton Airport on top of issues that are affecting the airline industry.

Diio Webtools are invaluable to our air service development program at FNT. Not only are the tools easy to interface with, the data is timely, widely respected and easy to query. We have acquired new airlines and routes using the data, as well as using it to work with airline planning departments to retime our flights--making better connections to high traffic destinations. All along the way, the staff at Diio has been fantastic. Their expertise is invaluable. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to take their air service development program 'up a notch.'

The Lite version of the apgDat website, really works for an airport our size. Some of the features I find very useful are the ability to dig into more detailed information by simply clicking inside the box that offers additional information. For example, when you go to schedule compare and you do July versus October it might show that a particular carrier has 6 frequencies less a week. Then you click on the number six and it will open another page with the detail of which flights are been cancelled. Sometimes the number of frequencies are less for a carrier but it shows an increase in total number of weekly seats available. You can click on the number of additional seats and it will show which city pair will have the increase in seats. The demographic maps and on-time tool are also some of my favorites. One can find out if a particular flight was cancelled or was delayed for a particular date and use the maps for presentations for future service.

apgDat allows me to access data 24 hours a day. From work, home, or even on the road. The data is accurate and the service is reliable.
The support behind the product is fantastic. I appreciate having my questions answered promptly.
The product continues to be refined with improved pieces. I find great pleasure seeing a function I requested become available to all apgDat subscribers.
I really enjoy being in the community of apgDat subscribers, who include airlines and airports. It is a vibrant group of active users with gigabytes of data at their fingertips.
apgDat makes me smarter. The data is easy to query, interpret, and convey.
People come to me to ask about trip planning, business and leisure, because they know I have access worldwide flight schedules. I can build itineraries with connections the airlines didn't even know they had.

As an air service professional in this very troubling time, the apgDat product and the service offered by the support staff and Diio management, make easy work when navigating a sea of aviation questions. Additionally, we're better able to provide our airport staff and community stakeholders and leaders with accurate, timely, and insightful analysis. For one, I can't see doing my job effectively without it.

Diio has raised the bar for Air Service Development at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). I believe that PIT is perceived by the industry as proactive rather than reactive because we can stay ahead of the curve utilizing the information we gather and use on a regular basis through the apgDat system.
We at PIT have been using the apgDat system on a daily basis ever since US Airways began its pull down of services with their first bankruptcy, which extended to their decision to "de-hub" PIT. As a result of having access to apgDat, we have been able to monitor changes and respond. Often we may have seen information before some carriers have had time to look at it, thus we can point out opportunities requesting they do some further analysis. Airlines have to cover multiple airports on a daily basis all we need to cover daily is one, our own. However apgDat does give us the ability to compare what is happening at PIT with other airports, thus making us more in tune with the industry changes, what is happening competitively and measure the trend. Thanks to apgDat, PIT has been able to respond to changing situations faster and make the needed calls quickly when we see seat or service changes. Being able to speak the language of airlines has helped us in working with not only airlines but also with our consultants. We save money, by asking more relevant questions.
Another advantage is that we can do more with less. With only two people in our air service department we can keep our administrative offices informed quickly and accurately before the press calls. apgDat does not put us on the level of consultants, but it does allow us see the changing wind quickly, respond, and ask the right questions or simply to make calls to the carriers faster giving us an important competitive edge.

I became an apgDat user in 2003 and have yet to see anything that comes close to its performance. apgDat is function, feature, and data rich and easy to use right "out of the box." You're not limited to a fixed set of queries since apgDat offers "dynamic" features and flexibility to tailor ad hoc reports and, its lightning fast. When you mention apgDat, airlines know that what you're presenting is accurate. Historical data availability allows you to assess airline performance and passenger trends. The Diio staff is constantly engaged with the customer and always quick to respond to questions and suggestions. As a result, apgDat has been regularly updated with valuable new features.

Our subscription to apgDat has paid off time and time again. In addition to the well organized database and unmatched software interface, it is backed by the unrelenting commitment of the Diio team to improve the product based on customer feedback. The Diio team has a team of analysts who understand not only the nuances in the various data sets but also how best to use them in analytical exercises. Diio has continued to enhance the quantity of the data in apgDat and the ease of processing it.

The changes Diio made to their site after I made a suggestion are fantastic. I was able to use the updated report immediately for some analysis. Many thanks to the development team for their work, as it will significantly reduce the time and effort required to produce our lift analyses.
