Dave Hall joined Diio in May of 2005 in the role of Data and Support Manager. Since joining Diio, he has been responsible for the weekly data loading of APGDat, the maintenance of the supporting data tables for APGDat, first response customer support, and the creation of training materials.

Prior to Diio, Mr. Hall taught computer software and hardware, networking and graphic design for 11 years with CompUSA. During that time he obtained various certifications from Microsoft (MSCE, MCP, MOS for Office 97-2003, MOS-Authorized Instructor), CompTIA (A+, Certified Technical Trainer+), and Adobe (ACE for InDesign and Photoshop).

Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Systems from the University of Redlands.
