Damon Silver joined Diio in late 2008 in the role of Senior Software Engineer. Since joining Diio, he has been responsible in various capacities for the IATA CEO Dashboard, CargoIS, and IATA Data AirHouse. His side projects include scaling Diio's infrastructure to support increasing demand as well as evaluating cutting-edge technologies for future use.

Mr. Silver has more than 12 years of web application engineering experience, primarily in back-end and middle-tier architecture. Before joining Diio, he worked in Java and Perl on feature development, database design, and data integration. Past employers include 4INFO, Stanford University's HighWire Press, and Junglee Corporation prior to its acquisition by Amazon.com, where he received the Q2 1997 MVP Award.

Mr. Silver holds a B.S. degree in Symbolic Systems with a Concentration in Computation from Stanford University.
